We celebrate Women's Day at The Ward Law Group daily for all these reasons.
We celebrate the many women on our team who have risen above the odds and used their creativity to improve the world and our community.
We also celebrate every day the skills of our female employees who practice active listening and exercise remarkable empathy when they receive accident victims in our offices.
Many of these victims are also women. At The Ward Law Group, we do everything in our power to help these women rebuild their lives after a fatal and painful event.
It is no small detail that our firm was founded with a female senior partner. Our founder, Jany Martinez-Ward, has faced difficulties, from extreme situations such as forced migration to adapting to a completely different culture.
The historical struggle of women is also part of our firm's history. It resides in every difficulty that shows itself on the way, and with the willpower of our team, we can overcome them.
March 8 reminds us of years of work and early mornings caring for our families, friends, and community.

Jany Martínez-Ward is a Founding and Managing Partner of The Ward Law Group, PL, a Florida law firm representing victims of car accidents. She focuses her practice on providing legal representation to Hispanic clients that have become injured in a car accident as a result of the negligence of others. In 2018, The National Trial Lawyers Association recognized Jany as one of the top attorneys in the state and among the top 40 under 40 attorneys.
