Our team of managers recently participated in an integration event. Our Managers' Retreat is always an opportunity to bring up the new challenges and opportunities we face as a firm.
This time, the place chosen was New York, a city where we have opened new offices and have been able to reach a diverse market where many accident victims need help receiving first-class legal advice, like the one we have been providing for almost thirty years.

Another transcendental point in this type of retreat is establishing a dynamic of continuous evaluation on the part of our coworkers. After this event, we had new ideas and considerations for implementing our plans. We wanted to be a team, a single vehicle that integrates different gears. For that, we took the time to listen to each other. All ideas are valid, but there is always room for improvement.
