About Adriana Cioara

Introducing Attorney Adriana Cioara, an accomplished and dedicated lawyer with the prestigious Ward Law Group. Ms. Cioara brings an impressive track record of business innovation to The Ward Law Group team. She is a visionary who strategically implements effective techniques to get sound business ideas to fruition. Using her passion and knowledge of the law, her strong business acumen, and her visionary approach to operations, Ms. Cioara champions creative techniques and out-of-the-box thinking to provide justice to the firm’s clients and establish systems and processes to streamline the firm’s operations.

Ms. Cioara, a native of București, România, immigrated to South Florida with her family in 1985, preceding the revolution. As an immigrant in South Florida, she exhibited a profound sense of service, commencing with her role as a translator for her family and later extending her support to fellow community members confronting various challenges. Her most profound vocation and mission was rooted in providing service to immigrants and championing the cause of justice.

As such, Ms. Cioara attended Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with minors in History, Humanities, and Psychology.  Subsequently, she obtained her Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University’s Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship in 2008.  The pinnacle of her academic career was the attainment of her Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley. Throughout her studies, she consistently earned a place on the Dean's List in 2014 and 2015, and her accomplishments were further acknowledged with the Fitzgerald Student Award and the Leadership Achievement Award.

Throughout her pursuit of a Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Cioara actively participated in campus and community organizations, such as the Christian Legal Society, the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, and the Student Bar Association. She held leadership roles in the American Bar Association Law Student Division, where she served as treasurer, vice president, and interim president. Her dedication extended to pro bono work for Service to Soldiers at Camp Grayling in Michigan, internships at The Sixty Plus, Inc., and an externship with the Honorable Rosemarie Aquilina in the 30th Circuit Court for Ingham County, Michigan.

Driven by a strong desire to serve personal injury victims, Ms. Cioara joined The Ward Law Group as a pre-litigation attorney in March of 2020 - at the cusp of the pandemic.   Her values aligned with the firm’s mission to serve immigrants and provide top-tier legal services. Her exceptional skills and dedication quickly earned her recognition and appointment to manage the firm’s pre-litigation attorneys, oversee the development of Litify (case management software), and spearhead the firm's Information Technology (IT) department.

As The Ward Law Group experienced remarkable growth, expanding tenfold in the subsequent years, Ms. Cioara structured the Investigator department in late 2021.  Following the New Tort Reform of 2023, she was promoted to manage the Litigation department, overseeing the attorneys and establishing the infrastructure to handle a significant influx of newly filed cases. At the present time, Ms. Cioara is dedicated to the management of the Firm's attorneys, owing to the firm's extraordinary growth trajectory.

As an active member of the legal community, Ms. Cioara holds memberships in various prestigious organizations, such as the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Florida Justice Association, Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, and Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.

Beyond her legal career, Ms. Cioara holds family and community at the core of her values.  She actively engages in charitable endeavors through her local church, serves as a Board Member for the distinguished non-profit organization Salt and Light Global, and is an avid tennis player.

Ms. Cioara is fluent in English and Romanian.
