Attorney David Bierman
David Bierman is a seasoned South Florida litigator with more than 20 years of courtroom experience and over four decades of combined experience in the legal and insurance industries. Before becoming an attorney, he spent 21 years working in the insurance field, beginning his career as an adjuster in 1987. While working full-time, he attended law school at night as a member of the inaugural class of Florida International University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2005. This unique background gives David a comprehensive understanding of insurance law from both the carrier and policyholder perspectives. He is also committed to serving his community and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.

Throughout his legal career, David has successfully tried cases to verdict on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, securing several million-dollar verdicts for individual clients. He has extensive experience in first-party property insurance, condominium law, bodily injury, uninsured motorist claims, and bad faith litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, he serves as a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator in the State of Florida. His broad experience allows him to approach cases strategically while maintaining a strong focus on achieving meaningful results for his clients.
About David Bierman
David is a dedicated advocate for consumer rights and has worked with legislators and local commissioners to help strengthen laws protecting policyholders. He has testified before the Florida House and Senate on insurance-related issues and remains actively involved in both the industry and his local community. He serves as General Counsel of the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association, is a member of the Florida Association of Public Adjusters, and is a past president of the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee. He also serves as an altar server and reader at the Franciscan Parish of the Resurrection in Pompano Beach. Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, David enjoys attending Broadway productions at the Broward Center and cheering on the Florida Panthers at hockey games.
