About Ashley Wheeler

Ashley Wheeler Esq. is a distinguished lawyer with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. As part of the Ward Law Group, Ashley is responsible for handling cases related to Personal Injury, which includes motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and falls, and premises liability.  

In 2015, Ashley graduated with honors, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, where she acquired a comprehensive legal education that laid the foundation for her successful career. Subsequently, in 2017, she was admitted to the Florida Bar, officially embarking on her journey as a practicing attorney.  

Over the years, Ashley has gained valuable experience by associating with esteemed law firms. Notably, she served as a Legal Analyst at Shook Hardy & Bacon, followed by her role as an Attorney in the Insurance Litigation Group at Mager Paruas, LLC, where she specialized in First Party Property Insurance cases.  

Ashley's dedication to the field of law has not gone unnoticed, as she is a member of several prominent professional organizations, including the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  

As a lawyer, Ashley has shown a deep commitment to serving others and advocating for those in need. Her journey into law was inspired by a personal tragedy when her father passed away due to lung cancer, with potential medical malpractice complications. The difficulties her family faced during that time sparked a desire within Ashley to become the voice and advocate for individuals who often find themselves in challenging situations but are not always seen as equals.  

The Ward Law Group became Ashley's professional home due to its commitment to fostering personal growth and providing exceptional service to its clients. Upon discovering the firm's values and dedication, she knew it was the perfect fit for her career aspirations.  

Beyond her professional commitments, Ashley finds joy in embracing life's pleasures. Outside work, she loves traveling and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Ashley is an avid reader who participates in book club meetings, enriching her mind and expanding her horizons. Additionally, she actively engages in service projects through her sorority and other organizations, a testament to her compassionate nature and dedication to giving back to the community.  

A little-known fact about Ashley is that during her high school years, she was actively involved in JROTC (Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps) for all four years. Her commitment and leadership skills earned her the top rank in her battalion and the prestigious coin of excellence. This achievement exemplifies her determination and excellence in every endeavor she pursues.
