After being born in Enfield, Connecticut and obtaining an associate degree there, Neil arrived in Tampa, Florida in 1990 and has remained in Florida since.
Neil has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1997 and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida for the federal courts. After attending the University of South Florida, Neil was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend St. Thomas University School of Law, where he received his Law Degree in 1995.
In addition to over 20 years representing injured parties in both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases and trials, he has represented clients in criminal trials for misdemeanors and felonies. Additionally, he has represented clients in social security administrative hearings and clients in wrongful termination and premises liability claims.
