Stephany Eastmond

Stephany Eastmond began her legal career in 2017, working in a fast-paced litigation practice during the day while pursuing her legal education in the evenings. She brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience to her practice, having advanced from Paralegal and Certified Legal Intern to Associate Attorney. Since her admission to the bar, Stephany has focused her practice on plaintiff-side personal injury matters, as well as criminal defense, serving as lead counsel in cases from initial intake through settlement and litigation. She has represented injured clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, and is experienced in managing all aspects of personal injury cases. Her practical, results-driven approach allows her to advocate effectively for clients at every stage of their case.

About Stephany Eastmond

Stephany earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law in 2022 as a recipient of the merit-based Pace Law Opportunitas Award. While attending law school full-time in the evening program, she worked full-time throughout her legal studies, gaining substantial real-world litigation and courtroom experience well before graduation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Stephany is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, and Florida, and achieved a Uniform Bar Exam score eligible for admission in all UBE jurisdictions.

In addition to her legal practice, Stephany has spent many years engaged in community service, preparing and filing federal and state tax returns for low-income, disabled, and ESL individuals, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish. As a first-generation immigrant with Colombian parents, Stephany is deeply committed to serving diverse communities and bringing empathy, cultural awareness, and determination to her advocacy. She understands firsthand the challenges many clients face when navigating the legal system. Outside of her practice, Stephany enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time in nature.
