About Landy Rojas

Meet Mr. Rojas, a dedicated personal injury attorney who is deeply committed to advocating for everyday people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Mr. Rojas focuses his practice on representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and negligence cases, with a clear mission: to stand between injured clients and insurance companies and ensure claims are handled fairly, thoroughly, and with urgency.

With over seven years of experience in personal injury law, Mr. Rojas has built a strong foundation in pre-litigation advocacy. As a member of The Ward Law Group’s pre-litigation team, he handles cases from initial intake through resolution, concentrating on early liability development, damages evaluation, demand drafting, settlement negotiations, and insurer coverage disputes.

Before joining The Ward Law Group, Mr. Rojas worked at a well-established Miami personal injury firm known for handling catastrophic injury claims. There, he gained hands-on experience working on serious injury cases and developing claims involving significant damages, further sharpening his ability to assess risk, value cases accurately, and advocate effectively on behalf of injured clients.

During law school, Mr. Rojas expanded his courtroom and litigation experience while serving as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and as a Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney. In these roles, he assisted attorneys in active court proceedings, conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and trial materials, and worked closely on case preparation.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and earned certificates in Admiralty and Maritime Law and Pro Bono Service. He also served as Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Mr. Rojas obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Florida International University, a background that enhances his ability to understand clients, communicate clearly, and advocate with empathy.

A lifelong Miami local, Mr. Rojas values community, balance, and connection outside the practice of law. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, staying active, and unwinding through outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a broad and diverse client base.
