Juan Carlos Estrada

Juan Carlos Estrada is an associate attorney based in New York City representing those suffering from serious personal injury. Juan began his career representing Fortune 500 companies in white-collar criminal investigations before advocating for Latino legal civil rights at a leading non-profit in Washington D.C. Prior to joining The Ward Law Group, Juan worked tirelessly advocating for client injured in serious and catastrophic accidents throughout New York City. Mr. Estrada’s experience includes representing individuals injured in motor-vehicle accidents, premises liability cases and Labor Law matters. Juan attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. For law school, Juan attended Rutgers Law School, where he was the co-president of the Association of Latin American Law Students.

About Juan Carlos Estrada

Growing up in a working-class family, Mr. Estrada has experienced first-hand the difficulty of having a parent suffer a catastrophic personal injury. As a result, Mr. Estrada has dedicated his career to advocating for those in their most difficult times, that is the force behind his work ethic. In his free time, Juan enjoys traveling with his wife, cycling and cheering on the New York Yankees. Mr. Estrada is fluent in English and Spanish.
