Intake Specialist (Investigator/Intake)

Our Intake team is committed to delivering world-class client experience and initiating the best experience with our clients, teams, and communities with the end result of meeting each of their goals with our legal services here at The Ward Law Group.

Key responsibilities of our Intake Specialists:

• Answering phone calls and returning calls to potential clients within a short timeframe
• Communicating with clients
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting team members with organizational tasks
• Maintaining files up to date
• Taking and delivering messages to team members

Job Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

• Sales experience
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors
