Cindy Fernandez is an associate with The Ward Law Group, P.L., where she serves as a personal injury attorney. She is an active member of the Florida Bar.
In her work, Ms. Fernandez serves as a compassionate partner in fighting for her client's rights during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Ms. Fernandez credits her upbringing in a Cuban immigrant family for her strong sense of empathy, tenacity, and justice—qualities she brings in every case she takes on. She is a champion for her clients as they face personal, legal, and financial fallouts after being injured in a car accident.
Ms. Fernandez earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2017 from Florida International University, graduating cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2020. She is a proud first-generation college student who uses her experiences to connect with and empathize with clients from all walks of life.
