Car Accident with a Railway

The cities of Miami and Orlando are benefitted with the services of TriRail and Sunrail, which are great forms of transportation for people who do not have a car to travel. At the same time, it has taken time for the community to gain respect for the traffic signals and railways close to home, work, or public roads. At the present time, as drivers approach a railway, there are pavement marks, signs on the road with cross shapes, and flashing lights as signals.

Trains are not able to stop quickly, and they need a minimum of 1 ½ miles to come to a full stop. It is recommended to be very alert when driving and crossing a railway, and even more if crossing a truck or bus, which reduce visibility.  Railways are not recreation sites for children or adults, nor are they photographic studios. Crossing train tracks is very dangerous, and should be treated as such. In the event of an accident causing injuries, The Ward Law Group has the knowledge and experience to provide the best legal representation.

The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deception. Proverbs 14:8
