Alfredo E. Sarduy, Esq. joined The Ward Law Group, P.L., in early 2021 as an associate attorney, dedicating his practice to serving injury victims and their families. He is passionate about bringing the fight to large insurance companies to ensure the most vulnerable get the justice and reprieve they deserve. Known as a fierce advocate for his clients in the fight against defense lawyers and insurance adjusters, Mr. Sarduy helps everyday people fight against those who may deny them the compensation they deserve when injured by another’s negligence. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
While in law school, Mr. Sarduy gained valuable hands-on experience through various roles that helped him finesse his legal acumen, including a legal extern, judicial extern, legal intern, and consulting intern. In these roles, Mr. Sarduy honed his research, communication, and client relation skills and today brings his highly nuanced skillset and tenacity for justice to his work at The Ward Law Group.
Born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba, and raised in Miami, Mr. Sarduy understands the unique challenges immigrants face in the U.S. legal system. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Sarduy was part of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and externed for UF Student Legal Services and the 3rd District Court of Appeals under the tutelage of Judge Edwin A. Scales III.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Mr. Sarduy spends time fishing and practicing martial arts.
